Shipping Instructions

• Please send only the body (dō) of your shamisen to our office.

• If necessary, sending the entire shamisen is also acceptable.

• When packing, clearly label the box with “Musical Instrument” and “Handle with Care,” and ensure it is securely protected.

Delivery Time

We will complete the replacement and return your shamisen within approximately three weeks after we receive it.
