Refund policy
Response to defective products
・If you have a problem with the product, please contact us and we will exchange it for a replacement within one week of arrival.
・If the item is used, we will replace it with a similar item, if it is new, we will replace it with the same new item.

不良品の場合
・到着して１週間以内でしたら弊社にて品物を代替え品と交換させていただきます。
・中古の場合は同様の物と交換、新品の場合は同じ新品の交換とさせていただきます。
・品物によっては当社に返品をお願いしておりますが送料は当社にてお振込にて負担させていただきます。
・お手数ですがoffice@ezon-music.comへメールいただけますようお願いいたします。
