About Ezofuji Japan

Ezofuji Japan was founded by Tsugaru shamisen performers Hiroshi Nitta and Masahiro Nitta, father and son, with a shared appreciation for the beauty, craftsmanship, and tradition of Japanese musical instruments.

Drawing upon many years of experience as performers, we carefully select instruments and accessories with attention to quality, playability, and sound. Our hope is to make the beauty of Japanese musical instruments accessible to everyone, from those discovering the shamisen for the first time to experienced musicians.

We welcome enquiries at any time and will respond with care and sincerity.

Please note that shipping is handled on weekdays only. Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays are non-shipping days. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

International Shipping

We ship from Japan to destinations around the world.

International deliveries may require additional time due to:

・Customs inspections
・Final maintenance and condition checks before dispatch
・Restocking from our trusted suppliers when an item is temporarily unavailable

For instruments in particular, we take the time to carefully inspect and prepare each item before shipment so that it leaves Japan in the best possible condition.

Please note that customs regulations vary by country, and delivery times, import duties, taxes, and other fees may differ depending on the destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or related charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused and returned to Japan, any return shipping costs or related fees will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Ezofuji Japanは、津軽三味線奏者である新田弘志・新田昌弘の父子が、日本の伝統楽器が持つ美しさや職人の技、そしてその文化を大切にしたいという想いから立ち上げたブランドです。

長年、演奏家として楽器と向き合ってきた経験をもとに、品質はもちろん、弾き心地や音にも目を向けながら、一つひとつの商品を丁寧に選んでおります。

初めて三味線に触れる方から、長く演奏を続けている方まで、安心して日本の楽器や関連商品を楽しんでいただけることを願っております。

いただいたご質問には、一つひとつ丁寧に対応させていただきます。

なお、商品の発送業務は平日のみとなり、土曜・日曜・日本の祝日は発送をお休みしております。あらかじめご理解いただけますと幸いです。

海外発送について

日本から世界各国への発送を承っております。

海外へのお届けには、以下の理由により通常よりお時間をいただく場合がございます。

・各国での税関検査
・より良い状態でお届けするための発送前の最終メンテナンス・状態確認
・一時的な在庫切れの場合における、取引先からの商品取り寄せ

特に三味線などの楽器については、できる限り良い状態で日本から送り出せるよう、発送前に状態を確認し、必要な調整やメンテナンスを行っております。

また、税関の規定は国や地域によって異なるため、お届けまでの日数や関税・輸入税・その他の費用が発生する場合がございます。

お届け先の国で発生する関税・輸入税・その他の関連費用は、お客様のご負担となります。また、お荷物の受け取り拒否などにより日本へ返送された場合の返送料および関連費用につきましても、お客様のご負担となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
